LOG(158C): InitProperties - retrieve props from file 'C:\Users\Maria\AppData\Local\Temp\7zS19F5\properties.ini' There is a log file HPLJP1000_P1500_Series.txt in my system root dir :.When I try to manually install driver from Device Manager, error happens:.It is shown in Device Manager in Software Devices node, but not in Printers.When I try to print something - nothing happens, just tasks stuck in queue.On system drive there is strange folder set created: C:\Program Files\HP\HP LaserJet P1000_P1500 Series\HP\HP LaserJet P1000_P1500 Series\HP\HP LaserJet P1000_P1500 Series\HP\HP LaserJet P1000_P1500 Series.Alright, it appears in Devices and Printers, but not functional at all:.Connect printer, windows shows message like 'HP p1006 is configured and ready to use'.It goes up to about this stage, then disappears:.Install driver ljP1000_P1500-HB-pnp-win64-en from HP Product support site (no difference whether I run it AsAdmin or straight away).Check for old driver instances by printui/s, reboot.HP Print&Scan Doctor says something like 'cant figure out anything, go to hell support community'. I did try all recommended steps from above, Basic driver from HP site, printui /s, etc. It was with new Win10 Lenovo V330-15IKB laptop when the trouble started. This old good HP P1006 of mine works fine and dandy with my other XP and Win7 systems at home. I regret to say, I still have p1006 not working on Win10.
